Norwegian Airlines Baggage Policy

Carry-On Baggage

a) Economy Class passengers are allowed one carry-on bag weighing up to 10 kg (22 lbs) and measuring no larger than 55 x 40 x 23 cm (21.6 x 15.7 x 9 inches).

b) Flex and Premium Flex passengers are allowed an additional small personal item (such as a purse or laptop bag) in addition to their carry-on bag.

Checked Baggage

a) Norwegian Airlines' checked baggage allowance varies based on the fare type and route.

b) Economy LowFare and LowFare+ passengers can choose to add checked baggage for an additional fee. The weight limit for each checked bag is usually 20 kg (44 lbs) and the maximum dimensions are 250 x 79 x 112 cm (98 x 31 x 44 inches).

c) Flex and Premium Flex passengers typically enjoy one free checked bag within the same weight and size limits as mentioned above.

Additional Baggage Fees

b) Children over two years old have the same baggage allowance as adult passengers.

Smart Luggage Policy

a) Norwegian Airlines accepts smart luggage with built-in lithium batteries as long as the battery is removable. If the battery cannot be removed, the smart luggage will not be allowed on board for safety reasons.
